某车型油箱压力传感器信号漂移故障研究及解决

油箱压力传感器是燃油系统的重要部件,为发动机控制单元提供压力信号,其信号漂移会影响泄漏诊断真实性,甚至误报发动机故障灯点亮故障.文章针对某车型压力传感器信号漂移故障,从失效机理、零部件自身及周边环境等方面分析,确定根本原因为油箱压力传感器周边静电使静电键合力变化,导致键合区域应力变化并传导至MEMS芯片敏感区,超出传感器出厂校准承受范围时出现输出信号漂移.通过改善周边静电堆积状况,有效解决压力漂移故障.
Research and Solution of Signal Drift Fault of Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor of a Vehicle Type
Fuel tank pressure sensor is an important component of fuel system,which provides pressure signal for engine control unit.Its signal drift will affect the authenticity of leakage diagnosis and even false alarm of engine failure light.Based on the analysis of the failure mechanism,parts themselves and the surrounding environment,the paper determined that the root cause was the static electricity around the pressure sensor of the fuel tank caused the change of electrostatic bond force,resulting in the change of stress in the bonding area and the transmission to the sensitive area of the MEMS chip,and the output signal drift occurred when the sensor was beyond the factory calibration range.By improving the surrounding electrostatic accumulation,the pressure drift fault is effectively solved.
