Parameter Optimization of the Suspension NVH Performance of Electric Vehicle with Consideration of Torque Fluctuation
A suspension-wheel-road multi-body dynamics model is built for a wheel-driven electric vehicle, and two optimizations with response surface method and gradient descent scheme respectively are conducted successively with torque fluctuation model as excitation, taking into account the effects of harmonic wave in rotor magnetic field. The final results show that optimizations markedly reduce the effects of torque fluctuation on car body vibration and improve the NVH performance of suspension.
