基于法规的柴油发动机颗粒物数量排放测试研究

采用满足欧Ⅵ颗粒数量(PN)测试要求的AVL489颗粒计数器,对3台不同机型的柴油机进行了ESC,ETC和WHTC循环试验,并测量了PN排放情况.结果表明:在不同机型和不同试验循环下,PM(颗粒物质量)和PN排放的相关性较高;DOC+POC后处理可有效降低PN排放;热起动WHTC循环的PN排放比冷起动高,但差异很小;PN排放随转速的升高和负荷的加大而增高.
A Study on the Regulation-based Measurement of Particulate Number Emission of Diesel Engines
ESC,ETC and WHTC tests are conducted on three different makes of diesel engines with their particle number (PN) emission measured by using AVI489 particle counter,which meets the requirements of EU-RO-IⅣ regulations for PN measurement.The results show that for different engines under different test cycles,the particle mass(PM) and PN emissions have rather high correlation.DOC+POC after-treatment can effectively reduce PN emissions.The PN emissions in hot start WHTC cycle are slightly higher than that in cold start cycle.The PN emissions go up with the increase of engine speed and load.
