Improvement of the Guide Wheel of Car Rain Detection Line Board Chain
The guide wheel of the rain detection line board chain of a certain passenger car company showes abnormal wear after long-term use,resulting in unstable operation of the board chain,affecting the production efficiency of the car,and requiring replacement of the guide wheel,leading to high maintenance costs.Starting from this,the article analyzes the reasons for abnormal wear of guide wheel from the aspects of environment,materials,design,and stress.On this basis,improvements are made to the force surface of the guide wheel,material selection and structural optimization,and the device designed for the improved new guide wheel is verified.The result can be known that service life of the new guide wheel is significantly improved,thereby improving production efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.
