摘要

增程式电动汽车依靠独特的技术优势,市场规模持续扩大,用户关注度持续上升.同时,增程式电动汽车在高寒环境下的能耗性能引发强烈关注.针对此,文章基于《轻型混合动力电动汽车能量消耗量试验方法》(GB/T 19753-2021),结合高寒地区的实际道路和气象条件,初步开发了一套增程式电动汽车高寒能耗道路试验方法,并选取某款增程式电动汽车开展试验研究和结果分析.经试验验证,该方法具备较好的一致性和可操作性,该款车型在高寒环境下的全电里程保持率为 30.3%,电量保持模式油耗增长率为 21.6%.文章的研究结果将为整车企业的高寒研发工作以及行业内相关机构的测评活动提供有效指导.

Abstract

Relying on the unique technological advantages,the market size of range extended electric vehicle continues to expand,and user attention continues to rise.Meanwhile,the energy consumption performance of range extended electric vehicle in high-cold environment has attracted strong attention.In response to this,based on the Test Methods for Energy Consumption of Light-Duty Hybrid Electrie Vehicles(GB/T 19753-2021),this article is combined with the actual road and meteorological conditions in high-cold areas,and preliminarily develops a set of energy consumption road test method for range extended electric vehicle in high-cold environment.A certain range extended electric vehicle is selected for verification testing and result analysis.The experimental results show that this method has good consistency and operability.The all-electric range retention rate of this vehicle is 30.3%and the charge-sustaining cycle energy consumption growth rate is 21.6%in the high-cold environment.The work content of this article will provide effective guidance for the research finding of vehicle enterprises and the assessment activities of relevant institutions in the industry.
