为了解决新能源车型的续航问题,可变进气格栅系统(AGS)在新能源车型上越来越广泛应用。文章结合某车型的实际开发案例,从属性目标设定、布置要求、结构设计要点以及性能要求等方面为外置式进气格栅的设计方案提供了全方面的解析和说明。区别于传统的内置式AGS,外置AGS对于整车降风阻的效果更加明显,且增加了整车的可玩性和科技感,可以为后续新车型设计提供借鉴。
Research on a New External Active Grille Shutter System
To solve the mileage problem in electric vehicles,the usage of active grille shutter(AGS)are getting even more popular in electric vehicles.This paper is combined a model in a vehicle project to explain the design method for the flexible visible AGS.The content includes attribute target,lay out requirement,structure design and performance requirement.In comparison to traditional AGS system,the flexible visible AGS is more efficient in reducing wind resistance for the vehicle.Meanwhile,the flexible visible AGS can use a creative design to increase the innovative feeling and increase the playability and technic feel for the whole car.It can be a useful reference for new car development.
