Optimization Design Method for Front Lower Control Arm of Steel Automobile
A conceptual design to detailed design optimization method is proposed for the front lower control arm of a mass-produced steel vehicle.Elaborate on the design methods of topology optimization key steps such as design domain preprocessing,parameter optimization,and geometric reconstruction,as well as their impact on structural performance;explored the optimization and reconstruction methods of control arm morphology based on stamping technology;elaborated on the identification of sensitive areas in modalities and frequency optimization methods.The redesigned control arm has the characteristics of light weight and excellent performance.The method described in this article provides new ideas for the optimization design of the front and lower control arms of steel vehicles.
