摘要

"岗课赛证"综合育人模式的提出为高职新能源汽车检测与维修技术专业课程改革指明了新的方向.为切实有效提升专业人才培养质量,以专业核心课程纯电动汽车故障诊断为载体,通过调研分析总结岗位需求、技能竞赛、职业技能证书与专业课程的对应关系,进行任务驱动式课程设计及实践评价.探索了一条提升"岗课赛证"深度融通的教学设计方法与路径.为职业教育课程改革提供参考和借鉴,从而培养适应现代新能源汽车行业需求的高素质人才.

Abstract

The introduction of the comprehensive education model of integrating"job positions,courses,competitions and certificates"has pointed out a new direction for the curriculum reform of the new energy vehicle inspection and maintenance technology major in higher vocational education.In order to effectively enhance the quality of professional talent cultivation,taking the professional core course of Fault Diagnosis of Pure Electric Vehicles as the carrier,this study conducts a survey and analysis to summarize the corresponding relationships among job position requirements,skill competitions,vocational skill certificates,and professional courses.Subsequently,task-driven curriculum design and practical evaluation are implemented.This research explors a teaching design method and path that deepens the integration of"job positions,courses,competitions and certificates".It provides references for the curriculum reform of vocational education,thereby fostering high-quality talents who can meet the demands of the modern new energy vehicle industry.
