摘要
为缩小我国城市道路交通安全同国际先进城市的差距,以墨尔本城市交通安全管理与改善经验为范本开展研究.近年来,墨尔本在战略层面上,重视弱势道路使用者的安全和便捷性,坚持"行人、自行车优先""绿色可持续"的治理理念;在规划层面上,建设高质量的骑行道、停车和公交设施,保障全体交通参与者的路权,减少安全隐患;在行动层面上,不断创新技术和服务模式,注重交通系统的信息化管理,打造便利、绿色、高效、共享的城市交通.墨尔本道路交通安全管理与改善经验能够为我国城市道路交通安全战略布局与政策制定提供参考依据,同时有助于提升城市交通安全水平.
Abstract
To narrow the gap between China's urban traffic safety and internationally advanced cities,this study makes a systematic study on Melbourne's traffic safety management and improvement.In recent years,Melbourne has placed a strategic focus on the safety and accessibility of vulnerable road users,with"pedestrian and cyclist priority"and"green and sustainable"governance.Melbourne has planned and constructed high-quality cycling lanes,parking and public transport facilities to protect the rights of way of all traffic participants and reduce safety hazards.Meanwhile,Melbourne continues to innovate its technology and service model,focusing on the information management of the transport system to create a convenient,green,efficient and shared urban transport.The experience of traffic safety management and improvement in Melbourne can provide a reference for the urban transportation strategic development and policy-making,which is conducive to supporting the improvements of urban traffic safety in China.
