摘要
驾驶人在酒驾状态下辨识及控制能力显著降低,影响驾驶行为,对社会公共安全产生巨大威胁.随着我国机动化水平进一步提高、社会行为观念变化,酒驾治理面临新形势下的问题和挑战,需加速转变治理模式,强化综合治理、预防预警,从源头上预防和减少酒驾醉驾违法犯罪行为发生.本研究基于访谈、问卷等实证调研,总结分析我国酒驾治理面临的新形势,进一步研究驾驶人酒驾行为和心理特征,并提出酒驾防治工作建议.
Abstract
The recognition and control ability of drivers in drunk driving state is significantly reduced,which affects driving behavior and poses a huge threat to social public safety.With the further improvement of the level of motorization in our country and the change of the concept of social behavior,the treatment of drunk driving is facing problems and challenges in the new situation,it is necessary to accelerate the transformation of the governance model,strengthen comprehensive governance,prevent and reduce the occurrence of drunk driving offenses from the source.Based on the empirical research such as interviews and questionnaires,this study summarized and analyzed the new situation facing the treatment of drunk driving in China,further studied the psychological characteristics of drivers'drunk driving behavior,and put forward suggestions on the prevention and treatment of drunk driving.
