Issues and countermeasures in traffic accident police reports
After a public sentiment incident occurs,the official release of a police situation report is a crucial part of the response and handling of public sentiment,playing a key role in the success or failure of the sentiment management.Traffic accident-related public sentiment incidents are one of the types that account for a high proportion of public sentiment in public security traffic management,and such incidents are characterized by suddenness,emotionality,relevance,and high attention.Research has found that there are issues with the police situation reports issued by various regions in response to traffic accident-related public sentiment incidents,such as insufficient awareness of timely rolling release,non-standard report language,and insufficient protection of the information of the parties involved.Based on the above problems,this paper proposes suggestions for further standardizing and improving the police situation report,in the hope of providing a reference for the issuance of traffic accident-related police situation reports in various regions.
