Research on the safety evaluaton index system for drivers of dangerous goods transport vehicles based on multi source data
In recent years,the rapid development of new quality productivity in our country has promoted the industrialization process,accelerated the transformation and upgrading of petroleum,chemical and automobile industries,and pulled the development of transportation of dangerous goods.Road transport of dangerous goods in ensuring the development of China's industrialization and the normal life of urban residents at the same time,but also brought greater security risks,once the occurrence of traffic accidents easily lead to leakage,combustion,explosion and other accidents,resulting in heavy casualties and property losses.Road transport safety supervision of dangerous goods is a system project with complex components and difficult implementation,involving public security traffic control,transportation and other departments,big data analysis,safety evaluation and other technologies,consignment,transport,loading and unloading,transportation and other links,people,vehicles,roads,enterprises and other elements,as well as traffic accidents,traffic violations,dynamic monitoring and other multiple data.Based on the research and analysis of the classification management mechanism of drivers of road transport vehicles of dangerous goods in Zhejiang and Shandong provinces,this paper explores the construction of safety evaluation index system for drivers of dangerous goods transport vehicles.It provides technical reference for further improving road transport safety of dangerous goods and further improving road transport safety supervision of dangerous goods.
