从文化角度分析交通安全规则意识缺失现象成因及建议

摘要
当前,我国道路交通安全形势总体平稳,但随着人、车、路等交通要素的持续快速增长,道路交通安全治理工作面临诸多挑战,其中,培养和提升与当前交通安全形势发展相匹配的规则意识成为亟待解决的重要问题.文化作为一种潜移默化的力量,在交通安全规则意识的培养中具有关键作用.本文在统计分析当前交通事故直接致因时,在分析因交通安全规则意识缺失导致出现相关违法行为的基础上,结合文化在塑造和改变人的思想、行为、认知以及价值观等方面,剖析当前人们交通安全规则意识缺失的原因,并针对性地提出改进建议,希望能为相关部门提升公众交通安全规则意识提供治理思路.
Abstract
At present,the overall situation of road traffic safety in our country is stable,but with the continuous and rapid growth of traffic elements such as people,vehicles,and roads,the governance of road traffic safety faces many challenges.Among them,cultivating and enhancing the awareness of rules that match the development of the current traffic safety situation has become an important issue that needs to be resolved urgently.Culture,as a subtle force,plays a key role in the cultivation of traffic safety rule awareness.Based on the statistical analysis of the direct causes of current traffic accidents related to the lack of traffic rule awareness,and combining the aspects of culture in shaping and changing people's thoughts,behaviors,cognition,and values,this paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of traffic safety rule awareness among people at present,and puts forward targeted suggestions for improvement,hoping to provide governance ideas for relevant departments to enhance the public's awareness of traffic safety rules.
