Construct the Development System of Colleges and Universities Based on Classification to Promote the Construction of a Powerful Nation of Higher Education The Intervention of"Study and Motherhood"Dilemma of a Doctoral Student Mother:Based on the Perspectiv
China's economic and social development is in a new historical juncture,and the development of higher edu-cation has gradually turned from the"small logic"of its own development to the"big logic"of serving economic and social development.It is the direction and strategy of the future development of China's higher education to conform to the development trend of the popularization of higher education and to build a high-quality populariza-tion of higher education system and a strong country of higher education by taking the classified development of colleges and universities as the fulcrum.In order to realize the goal of the classified development of colleges and u-niversities,the diversified development of higher education and the effective release of higher education functions,it is quite necessary to promote the classified construction and development of disciplines in colleges and universi-ties,to promote the construction the system of the classified training of talents and the diversified scientific re-search system in colleges and universities.The time of doctoral education coincides with the golden age of women's childbearing,and the conflict be-tween study and motherhood for a doctoral student mother is particularly huge.Different from the previous stud-ies on the level of description,explanation and analysis,this study adopts the action science paradigm to present a successful intervention case.At first,the doctoral student mother adopted the strategies of"motherhood invisi-bility"and"academic invisibility"to meet the standards of"good student"and"good mother"in the Model Ⅰ cul-ture of action science,but fell into the dilemma of losing both.The supporters construct a Model Ⅱ cultural space by using"situation transplantation"and other interactive interventions to make the doctoral mother break through the boundaries of the originally framed problems and realize double-loop learning.It is concluded that the con-struction of a Model Ⅱ campus culture will help protect the reproductive rights of female doctoral students,disen-chant the mysticism of childbirth,reduce the maternal anxiety of highly educated women,and improve their ac-tion strategies in dealing with the tension between doctoral study and motherhood.
