Review and Reconstruction on the Undergraduate Curriculum System of Pedagogy Major in Local Nor-mal Colleges——Based on theEmployability USEM Model Perspective
In view of the mismatch between education training goals and employers'demands in the labor market,and the lack of a series of abilities and qualities for students to get jobs,be competent for jobs and adapt to changes in the labor market,the concept of"employability"is introduced into the curriculum,aiming at cultivating students'comprehensive qualities including subject understanding,skills,self-efficacy and metacognition.Using the em-ployability USEM model,this paper examines the undergraduate curriculum system of pedagogy in 5 local normal colleges in China,and analyzes the existing problems in the current curriculum system of pedagogy in China.The main problems include:it is difficult to adapt to the needs of social development due to the rigid orientation of training objectives;Professional practice courses are weak and difficult to meet the needs of students'develop-ment;The classification of general courses is too small to effectively link professional courses.Based on this,the author puts forward the improvement idea of establishing employment-oriented pedagogy curriculum system.
