The Unity of Service and Education:Study on the Influencing Factors and Quality Improvement Strategies of Social Service of the Research University
Based on the data of 753 questionnaires,this paper uses multiple regression to analyze the influencing factors of social services in research universities.The results show that 5 elements have significant and positive impact on the research university's social service performance,i.e.,the social service objective throughout the system,the two-way interactive practice carrier,the coordinated organization,the shared and integrated condition resources,and a set of sound regulations and norms.For the high-quality service society,the research university should be the cultivation of the subject of social service,social service curriculum reform,scientific research paradigm re-form,organization optimization and assessment system construction,establish social services as a combination of education and service,and make contributions to both the national major strategic and social development.
