College Students'Understanding of the Relationship Between Social Support and Prosocial Behavior:The Mediating Role of Gratitude and the Moderating Role of Belief in a Just World
To explore the relationship between college students'perceived social support and prosocial behavior and the internal mechanism-the mediating role of gratitude and the moderating role of belief in a just world.954 under-graduates were measured by Perceptive Social Support Scale,Prosocial Behavior Tendency Scale,Gratitude Scale and Just World Belief Scale,and 742 valid questionnaires were collected.Perceived social support was not only positively correlated with prosocial behavior,but also through the mediating effect of gratitude.Belief in a just world had a moderating effect on the direct path of perceived social support affecting college students'prosocial behavior.
