Experiences and Enlightenment of Organizational Governance in Graduate School of Arts and Sciences of Harvard University
Based on the experiences,we need to strengthen the organizational governance of graduate schools and im-prove the effectiveness of governance.We should return to the educational organization attribute of the graduate school,update the organizational concept of graduate school,promote teachers and students to participate in the governance process of the graduate school together,continuously realize the standardized and professional opera-tion of the graduate school,and then we can better promote the high-quality development of graduate education in China.
