数智时代是数据资源价值得以彰显,数据与智能技术深度融合,广泛应用于各个领域,推动社会经济发展转向新范式的时代.面向数智时代,数据治理是提升高校教育数据质量的重要抓手,亦是推进高校教育治理现代化的重要驱动力量.目前,高校教育数据治理存在制度建设尚待健全、人才驱动能力不足、技术赋能理性偏移等关键问题.为加快推进高校教育治理现代化,助力构建中国式现代化高等教育体系,高校教育数据治理需要健全制度设计,构建规范数据治理长效机制;激发内在动力,厚植驱动数据治理基础力量;坚守价值理性,立足践行以人为本时代使命.
The Realistic Dilemma and Action Path of Data Governance in Higher Education in the Digital Intelligence Era
The era of digital intelligence is a time where the value of data resources is highlighted,deeply integrated with intelligent technologies,and widely applied across various fields,propelling the socio-economic development towards a new paradigm.Facing the era of digital intelligence,data governance is an important lever for improving the quality of educational data in universities and also a significant driving force for advancing the modernization of university educational governance.Currently,there are key issues in the governance of educational data in universities,such as the need for more comprehensive institutional construction,insufficient talent-driven capabilities,and a rational deviation in the empowerment of technology.To accelerate the modernization of university educational governance and contribute to the construction of a Chinese-style modern higher education system,the governance of educational data in universities needs to improve institutional design,establish a long-term mechanism for standardizing data governance;stimulate internal motivation,and cultivate the foundational forces that drive data governance;adhere to value rationality,and practice the mission of putting people first in the era.
