Research on the Influence Mechanism of Doctoral Students'Academic Productivity Based on Grounded Theory
Academic productivity is the key factor that affects the academic interest,research enthusiasm and career choice of doctoral students,and it is also an important symbol of the quality and level of doctoral education.Through the qualitative analysis of"influencing factors and mechanism of academic productivity of doctoral students"by grounded theory,it is found that individual background conditions are the first driving force to influence doctoral students'academics;academic value cognition is an acquired regulatory force that affects the academic productivity of doctoral students;tutor guidance and support and university training management are the internal organizational environment of doctoral students'academic productivity;the academic market environment and important people are the external stimulating environment that acts on the academic productivity of doctoral students;and all the factors interact and influence each other,which together shape the influence mechanism model of doctoral students'academic productivity.Therefore,the research suggests that by paying attention to the accurate identification and rational use of the background conditions of doctoral students,the personal sense of academic acquisition can be promoted;Guide doctoral students to establish scientific and correct academic production concepts and cognition,and strengthen scientific research training of academic productivity;Improve the organizational environment of tutor training and university management,and create an academic atmosphere;Optimize and reconstruct the healthy ecology of the academic market environment and broaden the development space of academic productivity.
