Reform and Optimization Path of the Comprehensive Talent Evaluation System in Shandong Province-owned Universities
The effect of"Molding Morality and Cultivating Students"is the fundamental standard for testing all the work of universities and should be followed strictly,and how to break the"Five-Only"tendency plays an important role in constructing the"Four in One"comprehensive evaluation system.In order to explore innovative paths for teacher evaluation reform in provincial undergraduate universities in Shandong province,through comparison analysis for talent evaluation mechanism in ten colleges and universities inside and outside Shandong province,the issues and solutions for talent evaluation mechanism in the provincial undergraduate universities have been discussed and researched.The following issues are revealed:firstly,the evaluation of teachers'morality needs further improvement;secondly,the classification of evaluation criteria are not specific enough;thirdly,quantity is weighted over quality;fourthly,scientific research has more emphasis than teaching and education;fifthly,the evaluation of"serving the society"is not executed effectively.In view of the above issues,further improvement measures have been proposed.
