为了改善 75Cr1 圆锯片的振动特性,运用有限元法对不同辊压工艺参数下的圆锯片进行模态分析,得出圆锯片旋转过程中齿通频率范围内的模态振型以及固有频率.模态试验测试发现辊压后圆锯片各阶固有频率会升高,验证了有限元法的有效性.研究结果表明,在(5954~7578)Hz频率范围内,辊压处理后圆锯片模态振型减少;模态振型出现顺序发生改变,高阶振型向低阶移动,中间阶次振型向高阶移动;固有频率分布规律发生改变,辊压前在齿通频率范围内固有频率分布均匀,辊压后不再均匀,而呈现一种前段密、后段疏的分布特性.
Influence of Rolling Tension Technology on the Mode Frequencies Characteristics of 75Cr1 Circular Sawblade
The mode analysis of circular sawblade under different rolling tension technologies were obtained by the finite element analysis(FEA)to improve the vibration behavior of 75 Cr1 circular sawblade.The re-search obtained the mode shapes and natural frequencies of rotating circular sawblades in the range of tooth pass frequencies.The mode test revealed that all the natural frequencies of the circular sawblade would in-crease after rolling tension,validating the effectiveness of the FEA.The results show that the mode shapes are reduced in the frequency range of(5,954~7,578)Hz after rolling tension of circular(saw-blade).The order of mode shapes changes,with high-order shapes moving to low-order and middle-order shapes moving to high-order.The natural frequencies distribution pattern is changed Circular(sawblade)before rolling tension has uniformly distributed natural frequencies in the tooth pass frequency range.Cir-cular(sawblade)after rolling tension no longer has uniform distribution of natural frequencies in the tooth pass frequency range,showing a dense front section and sparse back section distribution characteristic.
