Research on the Impact of Digital Economy on Rural Revitalization——Based on the Perspective of Spatial Spillover Effect
To theoretically elucidate the impact mechanism of digital economy on rural revitalization,the panel data of 30 provinces in China(except Xizang,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)from 2011 to 2020 was utilized to construct a fixed effects model for empirical analysis of the impact and mechanism of digital economy on rural revitalization.The spatial econometric model was applied to analyze the spatial spillover effect and regional heterogeneity of the impact of digital economy on rural revitalization.The results show that digital economy has a significant positive effect and spatial spillover effect on rural revitalization,and helps rural revitalization by adjusting employment structure and improving labor productivity.The role of digital economy in promoting rural revitalization is stronger in the eastern region than in the central and western regions.
