Research on the Complex Characteristics of Dual Channel Supply Chain with Differential Pricing and Cross Channel Returns
Considering the bounded rational behavior of decision-makers,a cross channel return price game model was constructed in which dual channel retailers adopt differential pricing strategy. The local asymp-totic stability and evolutionary behavior of the supply chain system were analyzed from the perspective of system complexity.Based on the Jury criterion, the stability region of the system was given, and the dy-namic behavior characteristics of the system were characterized through numerical simulation. The influ-ence of the system state on price decisions and enterprise profits was explored, and effective control was carried out for unstable systems. The research results indicate that too fast a price adjustment speed can easily lead to the supply chain system experiencing period doubling bifurcation and falling into a chaotic state. There is a stable region for price adjustment to ensure system stability. As the dominant player in the game, manufacturers adjusting wholesale prices will affect the stability of the entire system, while re-tailers adjusting prices only affects their own stability.Chaotic systems are detrimental to both manufac-turers and retailers, period doubling bifurcation systems are beneficial to manufacturers but harmful to re-tailers,and stable systems are beneficial to both. The delayed feedback control method can effectively con-trol chaotic systems. The impact of consumer satisfaction on price is subject to the constraints of the sup-ply chain system status.
