The Impact of Educational Informatization on the Employment Quality of College Students——From the Perspective of Human Capital Level and Marketization
Based on the theory of human capital and the China Family Panel Survey(CFPS)database,u-sing panel data from 28 provinces in China from 2013 to 2020 as samples,an evaluation system of employ-ment quality was constructed,and the relationship between educational informatization and college students'employment quality was verified by SYS-GMM.The empirical results show that educational in-formatization is a significant positive impact on the employment quality of college students,especially the construction of general information infrastructure has a more significant promoting effect.Heterogeneity analysis shows that,compared with the"icing on the cake"in developed areas,educational informatization can play a more important role in the disadvantaged areas,which provides ideas for the improvement of ed-ucation quality and employment quality in the central and western regions.From the perspective of endog-enous driving force,educational informatization can improve the employment quality by improving the lev-el of human capital.But the threshold effect model shows that only when educational informatization is ac-cumulated to a certain degree can employment quality be improved through the enhancement of human capital.From the viewpoint of external factors,marketization promotion can bolster the impact of educa-tional informatization on the caliber of employment.
