Research on the Carbon Emission Reduction Effect of Enterprises Digital Transformation——Based on the Dual Perspective of Productivity and Green Innovation
Based on the panel data of China's A-share listed companies from 2012 to 2021,the impact and mechanism of digital transformation on carbon emissions were analyzed by the fixed-effects model.The re-sults show that digital transformation can significantly inhibit the level of corporate carbon emissions.The mechanism test results show that digital transformation can promote the improvement of corporate produc-tivity and enhance the ability of green innovation,which in turn can effectively inhibit the level of corpo-rate carbon emissions.The impact of digital transformation on corporate carbon emissions levels is hetero-geneous,and the implementation of digital transformation strategies by state-owned enterprises and high-environmental regulation enterprises has more significant inhibition of carbon emissions.
