The Impact of Government Green Procurement on Enterprises'Green Technology Innovation——An Empirical Test Based on the Micro Perspective of Listed Companies in China
Taking government green procurement as an entry point,a fixed-effects model was constructed to examine the role and internal logic of government demand in guiding enterprises'green technology inno-vation.The results of the study show that government green procurement can significantly promote the level of green technological innovation of enterprises.Heterogeneity analysis found that the incentive effect of government green procurement on enterprises'green technology innovation level is greater for technolo-gy-intensive enterprises and enterprises with higher public media attention.The mediation test shows that green purchasing promotes enterprises'green technological innovation mainly through improving the quali-ty of information disclosure and reducing enterprises'profit fluctuations.Green procurement can promote"quantitative and qualitative upgrading"of enterprises'green technology innovation,and that the partici-pation of party organizations in corporate governance plays an effective supporting role.
