花鲈形态性状对体质量的影响效果

为深入了解花鲈(Lateolabrax maculatus)形态性状对体质量的影响效果,本研究测量了105条2龄花鲈的眼间距(X1)、体宽(X2)、吻长(X3)、头长(X4)、躯干长(X5)、尾柄长(X6)、头高(X7)、体高(X8)、尾柄高(X9)、体长(X10)、全长(X11)和体质量(y)这12个形态学指标.通过模型拟合筛选,获得能够反映各形态性状与体质量关系的最佳模型;运用相关分析、通径分析和多元回归分析,计算了主要形态性状的相关系数、通径系数、决定系数及相关指数,确定了影响体质量的主要形态性状,建立了最优回归方程,定量分析花鲈形态性状对体质量的影响效果.模型拟合结果显示,体宽、体高、体长、全长与体质量的最优模型决定系数R2>0.85,方程分别为:y=0.04 5x2.459、y=-1 059.959+20.392x、y=4.8×10 5x2.785、y=8.42×10 5x2.616,初步得出各形态性状与体质量的关系.通径分析结果表明,体质量变异系数最大(19.770%),各形态性状与体质量的相关性均达到了极显著水平(P<0.01).通径分析中,剔除与全长存在多重共线性的头高、体高、体长及回归方程中不显著的眼间距、吻长、躯干长和尾柄长,保留了体宽、头长、全长和尾柄高4个形态性状,其中体宽对体质量的直接影响最大(P2=0.547).所选4个性状与体质量的相关指数R2=0.954,说明这些性状是影响体质量的主要形态参数.采用逐步多元回归方法建立的回归方程为:Y=-906.939+16.033X2 +2.199X4 +0.773X11 +6.127X9.研究结果表明,在花鲈的选育过程中,其体宽、头长、全长和尾柄高可作为重要的测量指标,为花鲈选种提供依据,保证选育效果.
Analysis of Effects of Morphological Traits on Body Weight of Spotted Sea Bass (Lateolabrax maculatus)
In order to understand the effects of morphological characters on the body weightof spotted sea bass (Lateolabraxmaculatus),we selected 105 L.maculates and measuredtheir morphological indexes including interorbital width (X1),body width (X2),snout length (X3),head length (X4),trunk length (X5),caudal peduncle length (X6),head height (X7),body height (X8),caudal peduncle depth (X9),standard length (X10),total length (X11) and body weight (Y).We identified the optimal models for reflecting the relationship of each morphological trait and body weight for spotted sea bass by model fitting screening.The correlation coefficient,the diameter coefficient,the coefficient of determination and the correlation index of the main morphological traits were calculated by correlation,path and multiple regression analyses in order to determine the main morphological characters which affectthe body weight,and establish the best regression equation to do quantitative analysis of the effect of each morphological trait on body weight.Results showed that the best determination coefficient for body width,body height,standard length and total length against body weight was R2>0.85.The equations arey=0.045x2.459,y=-1059.959+20.392x,y=4.8×10-5x2.785 and y=8.42× 10-5x2.616.Therelationship between morphological traits and body weight was obtained.The results of path analysis showed that the coefficient of variation of body weight was the largest (19.770%),and that between morphological traits and body weight was extremely significant (P<0.01).In the path analysis,head height,body height and standard length were flound to be multiple collinear with total length and interorbital width;snout length,trunk length and caudal peduncle length were not significant in the regression equationthusremoved.Finally,body width,head length,total length and caudal peduncle depth were retained and the body width had the greatest direct effect on body weight(P2 =0.547).The correction correlation index was R2 =0.954,indicating that these four selected morphological indexes were the main characters contributing to body weight.The final established multiple regression equation based on the stepwise multiple regression analysiswas Y=-906.939+16.033X2 +2.199X4 +0.773X11 +6.127X9.The results will provide a scientific basis for breeding spotted sea bass.
