Influence of Environmental Factors on the Four-Season Population Structure of the Aidanosagitta crassa in the Bohai Sea
In order to better understand the relationship between environmental factors and the struc-ture dynamics of the four-season population of Aidanosagitta crassa in the Bohai Sea,and also to enrich the relevant studies of zooplankton in the Bohai sea in recent years, from April 2018 to December 2019,four voyages of comprehensive marine survey were conducted in the Bohai Sea.Aiming to study the spa-tial and temporal distribution, aggregation intensity, and growth and reproduction of A.crassa in the Bohai Sea,and to discuss how various environmental factors affect its population structure. The abun-dance of A.crassa in the Bohai Sea is summer>spring>autumn>winter in all seasons, with higher abundance in the nearshore and lower abundance in the middle of the sea area, and it is in a state of ag-gregated distribution in all seasons.Among the environmental factors studied, salinity was significantly correlated with the spatial and temporal distribution of A.crassa, and in the range of 28.5 to 32.7,an increase in salinity had an inhibitory effect on the population growth of A.crassa.Temperature influ-ences the seasonal variation of A.crassa by affecting their intrinsic factors such as feeding and metabo-lism.Copepods serve as the main bait for A.crassa and are an important factor in the growth and re-production of A.crassa.
