为探索红树林生态系统中不同小生境内小型底柄动物的群落特征,并为中国红树林湿地的林下生境小型底柄动物研究资料提供更为丰富的资料,本研究于2021年1月,对深圳市福田红树林自然保护区进行采样调查,研究了林下沉积物与凋落叶附生小型底柄动物的空间分布,并分析了其影响因素.在调查过程中,从沉积物和凋落叶分别鉴定出9和12个小型底柄动物类群.分析发现,沉积物中小型底柄动物的丰度和干质量生物量在不同断面间和不同潮位间均差异显著,而凋落叶上小型底柄动物的丰度和干质量生物量在不同断面间和不同潮位间差异均不显著.相关分析显示,沉积物和凋落叶的小型底柄动物丰度和干质量生物量同所测定的各环境因子均无显著相关性,而且小型底柄动物群落组成在断面间和潮位间差异均不显著,但在沉积物与凋落叶之间差异显著.这些发现表明,不同小生境对红树林小型底柄动物的群落结构具有一定影响.
Community Characteristics of Meiofauna in Sediment and on Leaf Litter of Futian Mangrove Wetland,Shenzhen
To explore the community characteristics of meiofauna in different microhabitats in man-grove ecosystem and to supplement the research data of meiofauna in the understory of mangrove wet-land in China,an investigation was conducted on meiofauna in Futian Mangrove Nature Reserve,Shenz-hen in January 2021 to study the spatial distribution of meiofauna in sediment and on leaf litter,the in-fluencing environmental factors were analyzed.9 and 12 meiofauna taxa were identified from sediment and leaf litter,respectively.The abundance and biomass of meiofauna in sediment were significantly dif-ferent among sections and among tidal levels,but the abundance and biomass of meiofauna on leaf litter showed weak spatial heterogeneity.Correlation analysis showed that the abundance and biomass of meiofauna in sediment and on leaf litter were not significantly correlated with the measured environmental factors.There was no significant difference of meiofauna community composition among sections and among tidal levels,but the difference was significant between sediment community and leaf litter community,which indicated that the com-munity structure of mangrove meiofauna was affected by different microhabitats.
