摘要

先进飞行器健康管理技术是实现其全寿命周期的安全服役和视情维护的关键技术.本文聚焦于先进飞行器结构和机构两个重要系统,分析了飞行器结构和机构健康监测的必要性与急迫性,总结近十几年内健康监测技术在先进飞行器结构机构损伤监测与载荷识别上的典型案例与相关进展,讨论飞行器健康管理技术面临的挑战,并展望技术发展趋势.

Abstract

Advanced aircraft health management technology is a key technology for achieving safe service and condition based maintenance throughout its entire life cycle.This article focuses on the two important systems of advanced aircraft structures and mechanisms,analyzes the necessity and urgency of health monitoring of aircraft structures and mechanisms,summarizes typical cases and related progress of health monitoring technology in damage monitoring and load identification of advanced aircraft structures and mechanisms in the past decade,discusses the challenges faced by aircraft health management technology,and looks forward to technological development trends.
