铺贴金属网碳纤维复合材料的雷击损伤特性研究

碳纤维复合材料的雷击防护,是当今航空领域的重要研究方向.在工程领域,广泛采用金属网进行碳纤维复合材料的雷击防护.在本文中,针对于铺贴金属网碳纤维复合材料,开展基于雷击试验方法的雷击损伤特性研究.针对铺贴金属网的碳纤维复合材料层压板与蜂窝夹层结构,施加组合电流波形的雷电流分量,用来评估金属铜网的雷击损伤抑制能力.研究表明,雷击损伤区域呈现出明显的椭圆形状,碳纤维复合材料仅出现少量树脂基体的烧蚀损伤,金属铜网可以对碳纤维复合材料进行有效的雷击防护.
Study on Lightning Damage Characteristics of Carbon Fibre Composites with Metal Mesh
In the aviation field,lightning protection of carbon fiber composite materials is an important research point.In the engineering field,metal mesh is widely used for lightning protection of carbon fiber composite materials.In this paper,the lightning damage characteristics based on lightning strike test method are studied for carbon fiber composites with metal mesh.For the carbon fiber composite laminate and honeycomb sandwich structure with metal mesh,the lightning current component of combined current waveform is applied to evaluated the lightning damage suppression ability of the metal copper mesh.The research shows that the lightning strike damage region presents an obvious oval shape,and the carbon fiber composite materials only has a small amount of ablation damage of the resin matrix.The metal copper mesh can effectively protect the carbon fiber composite material from lightning strike.
