装备实验室模拟高温与太阳辐射综合环境方法研究

为解决装备高温与太阳辐射环境考核"靠天吃饭"的窘境,本文基于环境实验室设备和装备特性,提出一种高温与太阳辐射综合环境模拟技术方案.通过实验室和自然环境两种状态仿真比对,验证了试验条件的合理性,并按此开展了某装备高温与太阳辐射综合环境试验.结果表明加载方法有效模拟了温度和太阳辐射条件,装备表面材料响应与自然环境条件下相近,技术方案可行.实验室模拟方案探索了一条装备自然环境条件实验室考核的新路线,对同类装备自然环境实验室内考核提供参考.
Research on the Method of Laboratory Simulation of High-Temperature and Solar Radiation Comprehensive Environment for Equipment
To address the predicament of relying on natural conditions for high-temperature and solar radiation environmental testing of equipment,a comprehensive environmental simulation technology scheme based on the characteristics of environmental laboratory facilities and equipment was proposed.By comparing simulations of laboratory and natural environmental conditions,the rationality of the test conditions was verified,and a high-temperature and solar radiation comprehensive environmental test for specific equipment was conducted accordingly.The results show that the loading method effectively simulated the temperature and solar radiation conditions,with the response of the equipment's surface materials being similar to those under natural environmental conditions,demonstrating the feasibility of the technical solution.a new approach for the laboratory evaluation of equipment under natural environmental conditions was explored by the laboratory simulation,providing a reference for similar equipment testing in laboratory settings.
