Domestic Progress in PIV Measurement of Internal Flow Field in Turbomachinery
The accurate measurement of the turbine and compressor flow field is helpful for understanding the internal flow characteristics.Compared to traditional contact flow field measurement technology with low spatial resolution and single measurement location,PIV technology is a new type of flow field measurement technology for non-contact measurement,which has the advantages of fast dynamic response and high accuracy.Based on aeroengine engineering application,the principle of PIV technology is introduced.Aiming at the technical requirements of internal flow field measurement for turbomachinery,the research progress and experimental result of PIV technology in domestic over the years are reviewed.Based on the experimental study of flow field in turbomachinery,the technical details of different unit flow field measurement schemes are introduced,such as equipment composition,usage layout,measurement section and measurement result.The performance parameters of typical measurement systems are summarized.Through the combination of domestic review content and the future development trend of flow field measurement technology,the key direction and core technology of PIV technology in the internal flow field measurement experiment of turbomachinery are proposed from the perspective of practical application.
