近壁面对圆柱涡脱落纯音噪声影响研究

通过气动噪声风洞试验及数值模拟的方式,研究近壁面对圆柱涡脱落纯音噪声的影响.风洞试验过程中,圆柱直径D为10mm、15mm、20mm,圆柱下缘与平板之间的间隙值G为1mm、3mm、5mm、7mm,来流速度为30m/s、40m/s、50m/s、60m/s,间隙比(G/D)范围为0.05~0.7.对比分析了不同间隙比(G/D)下的气动噪声试验结果.结合数值模拟得到的流场结果,分析了不同间隙比下气动噪声试验结果与流动现象的联系,发现G/D<0.1时,圆柱的周期性涡脱落现象以及纯音均被完全抑制;0.1<G/D<0.3时,圆柱的周期性涡脱落现象受到壁面效应的干扰,对应的纯音噪声的频率和强度也比自由圆柱绕流低;G/D>0.3时,圆柱的周期性涡脱落现象基本不受壁面干扰,对应的纯音噪声的频率和强度也与自由圆柱绕流类似.
Investigation on Vortex Shedding Noise by Wall Bounded Cylinder
The paper has an investigation on vortex shedding noise by wall bounded cylinder through acoustic wind tunnel and numerical simulation.In wind tunnel test,the diameter of the cylinder is 10mm,15mm,20mm,the gap between lower cylinder edge and wall is from 1mm to 7mm with interval of 2mm,free stream velocity is from 30m/s to 60m/s with interval of 10m/s,the ratio of gap to diameter(G/D)is from 0.05 to 0.7.Combined with numerical simulation results and wind tunnel results,three conclusions can be found according to different G/D ratio.Firstly,when G/D<0.1,periodic vortex shedding phenomenon and tonal noise by cylinder are completely suppressed.Secondly,when 0.1<G/D<0.3,periodic vortex shedding phenomenon is still disturbed by wall surface effect,moreover,the intensity and frequency of the tone is still lower than that measure from free cylinder flow around.Finally,when G/D>0.3,the disturbs to periodic vortex shedding phenomenon by wall surface effect is negligible and the tone is also similar to that measured from free cylindrical flow.
