针对一种在高超声速飞行条件下展开的充气翼进行了研究.分析了充气翼结构布局对变形情况和应力分布的影响,设计了能够从狭小的翼舱内展开的折叠方案.对充气翼在高超声速来流条件下的热流情况进行了分析,通过仿真计算给出了柔性防热材料方案.最后,通过充气翼结构原理样机的地面充气展开试验,验证了结构布局和折叠方案的可行性.
A Kind of Inflatable Wing Which can Unfold Under Hypersonic Condition
A kind of inflatable wing which can unfold under hypersonic condition is researched.The influence on deformation and stress distribution by inflatable wing structure layout is analyzed.Folding method of unfolding from narrow wing cabin is designed.The heat flow under hypersonic condition is analyzed.And flexible heat protection material is designed by simulation.Finally,the inflatable wing structure prototype is tested on ground condition,which can verify the feasibility of structure layout and folding method.
