Discussion on Scope of Survey to Change of Ships Engaged in Domestic to International
Through a case of port state supervision and inspection,the ship inspection type of"internal to outside"is discussed and analyzed,the initial inspection type is clarified,and relevant suggestions to avoid PSC retention due to the wrong ship inspection type are put forward.
