通过一则港口国监督检查案例,对"内转外"船舶检验类型进行探讨和分析,明晰了其初次检验类型,提出了避免因船舶检验类型错误导致PSC滞留的相关建议.
Abstract
Through a case of port state supervision and inspection,the ship inspection type of"internal to outside"is discussed and analyzed,the initial inspection type is clarified,and relevant suggestions to avoid PSC retention due to the wrong ship inspection type are put forward.
