随着自由船员的增多,船员责任心每况愈下,机务主管要把握船舶厂修的质量、效益面临愈来愈严峻的挑战.把控好影响船舶厂修效益的五个关键环节——修理工程单,询价、比价、还价,外协服务商选择,现场监督和审账——有利于提高船舶厂修效益.
Abstract
With the increase of the free crew,the responsibility of the crew is getting worse and worse,and the maintenance director should grasp the quality and efficiency of the ship factory repair,and face more and more severe challenges.To control the five key links that affect the efficiency of ship factory repair——repair project list,inquiry,price comparison,counteroffer,outsourcing service provider selection,on-site supervision and account audit,is conducive to improving the efficiency of ship factory repair.
