Abstract
Cyber security exercises are simulated practical exercises on network security issues,aiming to improve network security protection capabilities,test the effectiveness of network security defense measures,and discover network security vulnerabilities.This paper discusses the background and significance of cyber security exercises,the types,processes and technical means of security exercises,and discusses the protection methods of cyber security exercises in depth.
