Analysis and Strategy Discussion of The Current Situation of The Captain's Voyage Plan Evaluation
Voyage plan assessment is one of the examination subjects of the captain's competency assessment.According to the current examination outline and evaluation norms,the voyage plan mainly examines the candidates'information using books and other information,and whether the candidates have the ability to identify and assess the risks of the voyage and formulate measures to deal with the voyage risk.This paper analyzes the current situation of the voyage plan evaluation examination,and puts forward some countermeasures for the existing deficiencies.
