Based on Dandong port donggang waters merchant vessels and fishing boats area overlapping,high navigation risk,This paper analyzed the port navigation environment,the characteristics of the pilotage ships and fishing boats,and their habit routes and traffic flow.Then,this paper put forward the detailed measures of the pilotage merchant vessels to avoid fishing boats,and the feasibility of fishing boat management and pilotage safety work.
