摘要

作为城市人才竞争的关键因素,人才生态环境的竞争性水平在城市发展中越发起到重要作用.结合以往的成果和调研访谈内容,基于ERG理论和SMART原则,构建起人才生态环境的综合评价体系;选取大连、青岛、厦门、深圳和宁波五个国家计划单列市作为研究对象进行比较分析,运用熵权TOPSIS-AISM的方法进行竞争性评估及对比;根据研究结果,提出优化青岛市人才生态环境的对策及建议.

Abstract

As a key factor of talent competition in cities,the competitive level of talent ecological environment plays an increasingly important role in the development of cities.Firstly,the article combines previous results and research interviews to construct a comprehensive evaluation system of talent ecological environment based on ERG theory and SMART principle;secondly,five cities of the state plan,Dalian,Qingdao,Xiamen,Shenzhen and Ningbo,are selected as the research objects for comparative analysis,and the entropy-weight TOPSIS-AISM method is applied to evaluate and compare the competitiveness;finally,according to the research Finally,based on the results of the study,we propose countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the talent ecological environment in Qingdao.
