摘要
通过分析研究全球主要谅解备忘录组织(MOU)的PSC检查缺陷统计数据,得出主要区域备忘录组织的PSC检查特点和检查重点,并给出相应的应对措施,为船舶管理人员提供迎检指导,便于PSC检查的顺利通过.
Abstract
By analyzing and studying the PSC inspection defect statistics of the major memorandum of understanding organizations(MOU)in the world,the PSC inspection characteristics and inspection priorities of the major regional MOU organizations were identified,the corresponding measures for PSC inspection are given to provide guidance for ship management personnel,so as to facilitate the smooth going of PSC inspection.
