为充分发挥航道效能,提高岚南航道大型船舶的通航效率,保障船舶的通航安全,以岚南航道两艘大型船舶编队进港为例,利用船舶领域、船舶跟驰模型计算在一般安全水平、充分安全水平下两艘大型船舶间的安全间距;结合港区的潮流情况,分析两艘大型船舶乘潮进港的时机和安全间距,并提出相关注意事项.
Abstract
In order to fully utilize the efficiency of the waterway,improve the navigation efficiency of large ships in the Lannan channel,and ensure the navigation safety of ships,taking the formation of two large ships entering the port in the Lannan waterway as an example,the safety distance between the two large ships is calculated using the ship field and ship following models at general and sufficient safety levels.Combined with the current situation in the port area,the timing and safety distance of the two large ships entering the port by tide are analyzed,and propose relevant precautions.
