摘要
在新时代背景下,大学生法治素养的高低影响着我国社会主义法治化建设的进程.提升大学生法治素养是实现全面依法治国的必要前提,是促进社会和谐进步的现实需要,是提升大学生综合素质的必然要求.目前大学生存在对法治知识的重要性认知不足、法律知识掌握程度不够、用法实践能力较低等诸多问题,需要从法治教育与德育教育相结合、加强大学生法律知识学习、积极组织法治实践等方面入手,寻求大学生法治素养提升的有效路径.
Abstract
Under the background of the new era,the level of legal literacy of college students determines the process of socialist legal construction in China.To improve the legal literacy of college students is the necessary prerequisite to realize the comprehensive rule of law,the practical need to promote social harmony and progress,and the inevitable requirement to improve the comprehensive quality of college students.Currently college students have the importance of the importance of rule of law knowledge,legal knowledge,usage practice ability low problems,need from the combination of law education and moral education,strengthen college students'legal knowledge learning,actively organize the rule of law practice,seek the effective path of college students'rule of law literacy promotion.
