The content of the right of voice is not clearly defined in China's law,and the protection of voice is always in a marginal position.In the context of the development of AIGC technology,on the one hand,there are multiple ways to use sound,so everyone's voice is an important information resource.On the other hand,voice is more vulnerable and requires a different degree of protection than before.Voice is highly identifiable,reproducible and fixable,which cannot be covered by other personality rights and has the value of independent right formation.The inclusion of voice right in the personality right system also reflects the opening and development of the personality right system.The law should establish the right of voice as the specific personality right,the subject of the right of voice is the natural person,the human voice is the object,and the content mainly includes the right of self-use and the right of licensing others to use,and the right of reasonable use enjoyed by others within the legal scope.From the perspective of personal information protection,voice is an important biometric information and commercial resource.In order to prevent improper use of voice information,laws and regulations should be adopted to regulate the collection,utilization and storage of voice,and run through the whole process of personal voice protection.
