Combined with the course characteristics of"Marine Diesel Engine",this paper explores the course objectives,teaching modes,practical teaching and evaluation methods based on the OBE education concept.In the teaching process,the concept of"student-centered,results-oriented,and continuous improvement"is integrated,and the combination of knowledge imparting and ability cultivation is emphasized.Some measures such as reverse designing of the course content,innovation of teaching mode and optimization of course evaluation are taken to stimulate students'interest in learning and enhance their sense of independent learning,so as to improve the quality of the course teaching.
