"1+X"证书制度为学历证书与职业技能等级证书的互通衔接提供了行动框架,是职业教育推进"三教改革"、实现高质量发展的重要抓手,是我国深化技术技能人才培养改革的重要基石.本文深入剖析了"1+X"证书制度的内涵与作用,从教师创新团队、专业教学形式与人才培养模式三方面提出可行性对策建议,以实现职业教育的高质量发展.
Abstract
The"1+X"certificate system provides an action framework for the interconnection and connection between academic certificates and vocational skill level certificates.It is an important lever for vocational education to promote high-quality development through the"three education reforms"and an important cornerstone for China to deepen the reform of technical and skilled talent cultivation.This system can meet the core demand for high-quality development of vocational education.Through deepening reforms,starting from the perspectives of teaching reform,social construction,and talent cultivation,it can open up channels for the development of technical and skilled talents,and enhance the adaptability of vocational education.Therefore,it is necessary to fully understand the connotation and role of the"1+X"certificate system,and propose feasible countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of teacher innovation teams,professional teaching forms,and talent cultivation models.Finally,five feasible paths for digital education transformation are proposed for further analysis and suggestions,in order to achieve high-quality development of vocational education.
