The Promotion Effect of Schema Theory on College English Listening Comprehension
College English listening is a weak point in college English learning.This article adopts the perspective of schema trichotomy,which was originally used to analyze the process of reading comprehension,including content schema,formal schema,and linguistic schema.Through analyzing the listening part of the College English Test Band 6 in March 2023,it is found that the above three schemata help to enhance the understanding of college English listening content and provide guidance for listening practice.
