Mathematics education is a complete scientific system,and it is of great significance to conduct research on the connection between university mathematics and middle school mathematics teaching.Part of the teaching content of university mathematics overlaps with that of middle school mathematics,while some content is missing.This article analyzed some problems in the connection between university mathematics and middle school mathematics,as well as the differences in teaching content,teaching methods,and learning methods.Based on these problems and differences,practical measures and suggestions for connecting university mathematics and middle school mathematics teaching were proposed.
